we invite you to the new Hebrew Academy of Universal Spirit – Neviah (whatch our vedio with eng subtitles on the English page there)

In some hours we’re going to leave our new house and center in the Galilee, on our way to spend the whole summer in America!

Our route is marked with many beautiful meetings and teaching events, and yet we kept it open for surprises and adventures!  If you want to meet or invite us – let us know and we’ll see how it can unfold.

In July we will be traveling in NM and CO with a group of 13 people of our Tribe – “haShevet”. We come (with 3 teens among us) to connect, to learn and to share our gifts.  After that Dawn and I will continue our journey to CA, Hawaii and back to the East Coast, New-Hampshire, Mass and NYC. Quite a journey, ha?…  we’re very excited and looking forward to it!

With your permission – I want to say a word about communities in general and our renewing community in particular: I think it is clear that the human being, at its core, is a tribal being. In most cases it is abnormal and unhealthy for the human to live in isolation from a supporting community. The rise of individuality in the last centuries, since the renaissance time, was indeed an important phase in the evolution of the human race, but in our times we have to admit that it has come to some dead end.

Today, when the ecological and the financial situations are in our face, we are called, more than ever before, to develop ways to re-group ourselves in healthy supporting communities of trust.

What is a healthy community? Well – I am going to expand upon this in the seminar in NM (see details in our website: eng.kabalove.org in the English section. All are invited!). For now I will just say that it needs to support the growth of each individual to maximize his or her own ability to live fully and give their unique gifts. It needs to be glued by love, and allow the freedom of the individual to have his own space by the law of true respect. The whole 10 Sfirot of the Tree of Life need to be present and flowing in a community for it to be healthy – as we’re going to share in this seminar near Santa-Fe.

I truly believe that today we HAVE TO learn from the ground up how to live in a community like that, how to move towards trust in each other and live deep true devotional life, with openness and celebration. This is one of the social gifts that this present crisis presents to us: learn to live together, to share resources, to trust one another or – cease to exist. It’s a big one!

As for us – we do our long journey in learning the details of community life. Hamakom community was stage one, and today, after we all have learned more – we’re coming together again, old friends and many new people, to move together beyond our little egos that are constantly worried towards  greater realization. Hamakom was a great success. Many beautiful projects were born there and now have spread over the world. Many beautiful souls grew up a lot and now are teachers and leaders in different circles.

We deeply believe that a new era is coming up. It needs to push us to go deep into the ancient wisdom of our ancestors, and at the same time go out of the different boxes of tradition, into a new culture on planet Earth.
